They have been looking after my aging (not so gracefully) car for a couple of years. They are brilliant at spotting problems and fixing them at a fair price. I shall not be taking my cars anywhere else. Great service.
I have recently moved to the area and they have been fantastic at looking after my cars for a reasonable price and a quick turnaround.
S&K did a great job in finding the electrical fault i had on my Audi. They were recommended by a friend, and i would also recommend them to anyone. I took the car originally to an Audi dealer, and they wanted to charge me very high prices to even diagnose it, which i think they probably would have struggled with. Excellent service from S&K
Matt and the team at S&K are honest, reliable, professional and well priced - a rare find in the motor industry. I happily use them for servicing and repairs for our cars and I know they'll do a proper job, taking careful note of my requests and also keeping in contact as required. I'm admittedly very picky with my cars, but wouldn't take them anywhere else. 5 stars for S&K, with my thanks. Keep up the good work.
S & K Autos have carefully looked after all our family cars for over 30 years now. We have used main dealers in the past with our newly purchased vehicles and then transferred them into S & K's care once out of warranty (although I understand they can service cars from new now, without affecting the manufacturer's warranty). We consider that S & K Autos offer the same level of mechanical care for our cars, but with old fashioned customer service which is often difficult to find these days. Their service goes that extra mile with nothing missed to keep our cars running in tip top order.
We are never afraid to recommend this garage to our friends, safe in the knowledge that S & K will extend the same level of service to their vehicles.
I've been going to S&K for 2 years now and with 2 different cars. I trust them completely, their work has always been to the highest standard and they've always kept to a time schedule dictated by me which has been fantastic.
With the quality of work comes a slight premium on the price tag, but I'm more than willing to pay it if I get continued good service, good quality work and am supporting a local business.
S&K Autos recently fixed the exhaust manifold on my VW T5. From the moment I first called them I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and clear knowledge. I was under considerable time pressure being due to take the family camping at the weekend. S&K could not have been more forward leaning and helpful in ensuring that they got the work done in time for me to go camping. Their communication throughout was superb and I was in no doubt they would do a great job; my van is now running like a beauty!
I have absolutely no hesitation in giving S&K my 100% recommendation and I will continue to use them whenever the need arises.
I would just like to thank Matt and Rich for the most outstanding customer service when my car recently broke down and had to be recovered. Having expected the worst, I was delighted with the diagnosis in the end but just thought the care and customer service was outstanding. We are quick to complain about things but not so quick to give credit where credit is thoroughly due. I highly recommend S&K Autos for your vehicle care.
