This pharmacy is excellent as Jack and Sarah are professional in their approach and its a very friendly atmosphere in the shop as all the staff are helpful and pleasant . Jack and Sarah always go the extra mile to help customers are often obliging without me asking. I feel this pharmacy needs a special mention as the service here is second to none. The staff at the only independent pharmacy in Crewe as far as I know deserve an accolade.
Started out what seemed to be a nice place until I felt discrimination towards a few of my actions I honestly thought were innocent, I have tried to be friendly with the staff and the owners, even saying how nice they were to another customer. I had recently just got my dog and waited outside for them to open as Sarah opened the door my dog put her foot in the doorway and Sarah snapped at me telling me to get my dog out the doorway even though she could see she was pulling to say hello to her, I went home and cried my eyes out that day and what upsets me even more is as I am stood outside like a obedient idiot, people are going in with their dogs and Sarah was actually behind the counter and she didn't say a word to this person, so I would stand outside feeling confused especially with being autistic, because my dog is like a emotional support dog, anyway months down the line I did go in with my dog because it was pouring down, they didn't say a word so I assumed they were deciding to be fair now and low and behold iam told through the grapevine iam NOT to take my dog in so I am pleased I have swapped chemists now, I just don't understand why Sarah hates me so much,I can't recall a time being uncivil etc, and a lady at my new pharmacy was shocked and agreed that it should be a one size fits all policy and does sound like I have been discriminated against, which being autistic makes me extra sensitive to the average person, they just made me feel so unwelcome, I even went out of my way to compliment Sarah's outfit and introduce my mum to her, seen her being nice to other people but a bit of a bully towards me
I have used a few pharmacies in my time but Ryedale is EASILY the best.
Friendly service. Go out of their way to make sure your prescription needs are met.
They do flu jabs, always there for advice.
Parking is a bit iffy. Still not worked out if it is OK to use other than the back slots for the 10 minutes or so I am in the shop.
As a local pharmacy, my advice, use it or lose it and it is definitely the best in our town. No competition.
This chemist is the best I've dealt with over the years in my job. The pharmacists are excellent in their kind and professional manner.
All the staff are friendly, courteous and cannot do enough for you.
It makes a change to deal with nice, happy people.

I like going to Rydales because you get a personal service every time even if they're busy. Always helpful always knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they know where to look . Jack and Sarah treat everyone they know with friendliness and are an asset to the Pharmacy world.
Jack and Sarah are excellent pharmacist. They go the extra mile for everyone. They are polite, so friendly and helpful. Nothing is any trouble to them and Will always help. Before now Jack has delivered my medication well past closing hours. Highly recommend.
Jack and Sarah are so friendly, nothing too much trouble. Very supportive of local community and causes. Jack has offered delivery when I haven't been well.
