I was here for Amazon online return. It was very quick service. Parking space in front of this mart at the side of the road. Was sunny day, so the village seemed beautiful. The sunshower seemed mesmerizing.
Only moved to Cayton a few weeks ago, but on the times I've been into Russell's, I have found the people there very pleasant & I have also managed to find what I was looking for.
Their all doing a super job here. Great shop????????
Great place to shop but the nice thing is that it has a dog friendly tea room to the rear, entered by a separate door where you can get drinks, cakes and meals
I went to delivery my yodel parcel at this shop today. All I can say is the lady behind the counter was very rude and not helpful at all. I returned later with my parcels, with the labels on and she was still very rude. Go elsewhere to deliver your parcels I would say, if you want nice customer service.
Maybe get a new job if your work makes this angry.
This is a very good shop, since the owners have recently renovated it. & all the staff are very good in the shop & cafe. An idea for the owner, I would like to see them knock the small garden wall down between the shop & house, & put a couple of tables in for cafe customers, they could run a small fence from the house gate to the house door, leaving then half the garden.

I am reluctant to review shops that are competing with large supermarkets. However, I can say the service was good but the stock of salad and veg stuffs was not great probably as there was little demand for it. Beer and non-perishable items were well stocked, however.
