Absolutely brilliant. They were so understanding that I had a fear of dentists and were so kind. Excellent care and treatment. I would recommend both the dentist and the hygienist is amazing. The reception staff also are very kind and efficient.
Been a patient for 23 years and the past 2 year the service has been very terrible and the worst service ever. The phones are not answered, if answered there is no emergency appointment available. What's the point of having so many patients yet you can't help the ones on your books already. Looking for new dentist right now. Sad but it has to be done.
Very shabby, horrible carpet from their ancient, grandma, and I could smell the death of body in there . Its look like from 1958 haunted house ! Dentist are very unprofessional .every time you go there looks like I lost my teeth. They don’t really care about humans ! they treat you like a you are a third class citizen. avoiding any cost, they shouldn’t even exist.
They have forged my mums signature to get £125.80 from her, my mum is 87 & has Dimentia, when we compared her signature to theirs you can clearly see it was signed from someone who works in there.
I will be taking this matter further & they will not be getting away with it .
I used to absolutely hate the dentist! Never had anything but bad experiences. Obviously this left me with a bit of work to be done due to me avoiding going at all costs. Having had two root canals, fillings and a bit of reconstruction work done I cannot recommend Rusholme Dental Practice enough, professional, kind and efficient, nothing more to ask for. Dr Sean, Dr Saamah and Dr Anna, Thank you so much for being so helpful.

I was worried about going as I knew I needed a lot of work done, got booked in quickly, reception staff seemed nice, dentist was nice and professional, got a lot of work booked in next week now and is covered on the NHS.
Will be using them long term from now on.
I have been part of this practice for the past 7 years and always had a very positive experience. The lead dentist, Sean, is patient and goes out of his way to take time and listen to me, thoroughly assessing all dental issues I am having. I recently was seen by a newer member of staff, Anna, and found her to extremely competent and equally patient.
Despite the overload in patients needing to be seen post covid, I find this Rusholme Dental Practice continues to give a personalised and diligent service.
They always make my experience great. The reception staff are really informative. My child was in pain and they gave me an emergency appointment on the same day, which made me really happy. They seemed to follow the covid rules as i was given hand sanitiser and gloves to wear. I had my own mask on. I only had to wait a minute till my child was seen. Im really happy with the service.
