Fabuleuse cuisine malaise. Tout était bon avec une mention spéciale pour cette soupe laksa en photo. Le patron au service est assez original. Allez y les yeux fermés. C ´est delicieux et 100 % fait maison. Peanut sauce maison savoureuse avec une belle texture moelleuse et croquante à la fois.

It's a really lovely place where you can have the real Malaysian food. It's really good and the chef is really nice. She can explain and adapt the dish according to your taste. I've been there two days in a row! It's not like a Chinese restaurant, it's a real new food experience!
Had the pleasure to be treated to an exquisite experience. Unbeknownst to us we visited during the chef special japanese night which they organize twice a year.
Delicate food made with a authentic passion and care. It was an absolute pleasure to chat with the owners and chef about, sharing good vibes and discussing about their exquisite fish and how they source it, the sushi rice and prune wine

In Malay, rumah means house/home and it's easy to understand why the owners have given their restaurant this name; you immediately feel at home when you enter the place and are met with a smile and an invitation to sit down. The roles are inverse compared to most restaurants, the wife is in the kitchen, the husband is serving and entertaining, while the little dog is barking each time another dog passes in the street, like a good watch dog should do. The menu is interesting, featuring both vegetarian and vegan dishes and everything that you are served is cooked while you are waiting, using local products and spiced to your taste. There is a rather good choice of quality wines with a small proportion of Swiss compared to French reds. They are rather pricey. Fine wines with hot food is maybe not such a good combination, so we prefer beer or tea to wine to accompany our food. Highly recommended for the adventurous gourmet.

Ambiance très relax. Staff super cool avec une Chef passionnée et ça se sens dans les plats. Le Rendang est absolument délicieux ! Les desserts sont très délicats et gourmands. Une petite pépite de l'Asie du Sud Est à Lausanne.
Les plats sont délicieux, de l'entrée au dessert. Je rajoute une 6ème étoile pour le patron, j'avais l'impression d'être un invité et non pas juste un client de plus.
