went to order my prescription on Friday, I was told by the pharmacist it was okay and the receptionist said it was checked it to see if j was okay, checking in the computer.on Monday morning I had a phone call from the pharmacist saying we cant do three months worth, when i asked her why was I told that I could have three months on Friday the pharmacist said I can't speak for them I wasn't in on that day. so I asked if I could come in and speak face to face, and as soon as I walked in the door the receptionist was on her guard why I don't know blaming me, saying don't shout at the pharmacist its not her fault she wasn't in that day. bearing in mind i wasn't shouting I was explaining. the pharmacist came out and I explained to her why I needed the meds for that long and she still said we can't that amount. I said to her I need them my mental health doctor has agreed to it and the pharmacist said she dose not know what she is doing. this whole think made me bad mentally and physically. but went to an other pharmacy and he was quite shocked why they couldn't order three months worth he ordered there and then next day they was in my hand there months worth also they said they can't get hold of the 10mg but my new pharmacy I went to said there's no problem getting them. So I'm never stepping through that door again
Just to clarify I didn't shout at the pharmacist of the member of staff don't be blame me
we had a pres for 10mg pills , went to had in, to get told cant get 10mg but can 5mg , so we got another pres for 5mg , poped in Friday the person checked with the pharmacist and he said yes we can get them and get 3 months worth, on the Monday Curtis had phone call saying he cant have them , he asked why , answer we were you only can have 28 days worth , Curtis ask why were he told then by the other pharmacist , i could have them then and your saying i cant , answer were, you can go somewere else , Curtis said can i opo in to talk about it , so we went in straight away the person said dont go shouting at the pharacist it wasnt here , Curtis said im not shouting im asking why , i were talking then the woman tried to talk over me , i said im taking please listen , pharmacist came out explaing you can have 28 days , so i said why doctor did a pres for 3 months , answer were, some doctors dont know what there doing , its angaist the law to do more than 28 days , we phoned doctor about the pres , doctor phone back saying whats there promlem we always do 3 month ones . so Curtis and i went some where else , they were so nice , got the pres back took it to them , he looked and said yea i order know , be here in morning , we said 3 months worth he said yea, i said there should be 10mg , but late night said cant get them from no where , he said what i could order them now and have them in the morning , so why did late night say cant get them anywhere and only 28 days , Curtis did a post , there answer were Curtis shouted , may of raised his tone , because she would let Curtis explain , and she said its against the law to do more than 28 days , so every pharmacist , whos does is breaking the law , so we know where we be going and it %100 not here , lets see there reply to this , ha

Today a very rude woman named Kelly asked me for my name and surname 4 times - I even wrote down all my details on a piece of paper, then she told me she couldn't find my prescription and she cant understand what I was put on it, but before she did, I waited 10 minutes for her to talk to her friend about it, that she was going to Italy and when I asked when she would look for my prescription, she replied that she had a lot of prescriptions and I had to wait. I haven't encountered such a lack of professionalism, arrogance and disregard for the customer for a long time. I left there without any medications and asked the doctor to send my prescription to another pharmacy. I will never go back there again. And this woman shouldn't work as a pharmacist if she can't maintain her manners.
Mis-sold an item and then refused to give a refund. Also, rude staff members.
Terrible place. Month after month with my prescription re order, they give me some at a time. It takes me a week of repeatedly going in to get the full amount. Same each month. They blame suppliers, tonight they blamed me for the wrong drug name (it is correct), the other day another lady said they don’t get much call for it. All not my problem. Very keen to take your money but not keen to dispense and the staff are very curt as others have said.
Not sure what the negative reviews are about, probably perpetual moaners. The pharmacy gave me a rough price over the phone for my private prescription, and after popping it in I got it back within 10 minutes. The staff were polite and courteous and will use them more often in the future.
Always pleasant and helpfull open late compared to other chemists and if for any reason due to late delivery's or middle east crisis not receiving there products will always recommend or give me a alternative for my prescription live this place
I am completely disappointed and disgusted with this pharmacy. Rude and unhelpful staff. Problem after Problem. Been called a liar by staff. Never have prescription ready or things missing. I have been 4 days and counting without tablets now. I'll likely have to go A&E soon without my medication. Awful awful service do not use.
