Took Porsche Panamera in to have sunroof repair done under car warranty cover, as advised by Warrantywise. Superb service received. Issue resolved and dealt direct with warranty company so didn't have to make a payment then reclaim etc. Friendly team and will definitely use again. Easier than taking direct to Porsche garage.
Stew is a great lad ???? and always smiling and fairly priced work, he has my wife's car in now for a clutch slave cylinder that a garage in westhoughton didn't replace when fitting a new clutch ( which I presumed they had as they did inform me it was leaking)....the slave cylinder is located in the clutch bell housing so very very bad mechanics in westhoughton!!!!

Outstanding service from the team at RS Northwest I’ve been lucky enough to have used this garage for the last five years after being recommended and never had an issue. I travel over an hour to use them and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Great value with confidence and trustworthy work..
Vehicle went in after telling then it had had a regeneration and oil change 200 miles previously, they did it again the engine management light came back on within 2 miles, the out come is I took it to a different garage the catalytic convertor needs replacing, the turbo and the EGR valve hence I won't be returning to RS North west !
No special service, just a standard MOT requirement. Communications disjointed, short of parking space. A good operational system and management of site needs looking at…
Front office reception/operations needs attention.
Not impressed.
Had my car in here a few times now (old cars come with their share of problems). Never felt I have been over charged and I have never had to wait more that a day to get my car back (on a big job). The staff are lovely, polite and welcoming. I personally wouldnt use anybody else. Highly recommended.
