I usually love the food from here and it's usually hot when delivered which is rare. However, I've had to stop ordering. I started ordering through Just Eat rather than by phone because they were repeatedly getting my order wrong, and at least this way I can claim some money back. But after tonight, I won't be ordering from them again. My expected delivery on the Just Eat app was 19:40-20:00 which was an hour after my ordering time. Fine, busy night. At 20:00 I get a Just Eat order notification to "enjoy my food". Well that's going to be difficult because it's not arrived. Give it 5 mins and then call the restaurant- the line is engaged. Ring it a couple of more times, nothing. Wait awhile, ring again and it rings out. Ring again and it rings out. Ring again and someone answers, I hear them sigh and then the line goes dead. Ring again and someone answers - Me: can I have an update on my order please? Them: it's coming it's coming. Me: okay, but how do you know, you don't know who I am? Them: it's coming. Me: No, Just Eat says - . Them: hangs up the phone. Disgusted. The customer service is awful, they just don't care. And here I am at half past 8 with no idea of if my food is getting here or not.
Wonderful service and great hot tasty food. My son and I both had the the meal deal 1, which included a chicken fillet burger, chips and can of fizz. 7 Up for the boy and a coke for my self.
Hi I ordered kebab that man in front tie head wid black cloth he put his finger in his nose don't wash hand touch my bread lol I said u don't wash hand after clean ur nose he said my nose is clean inside lol aa said keep food take home u silly cccc
Had to get them to resend kebab as it was dry and burnt and now I've just seen the humus is out of date.
Always good food, friendly, regular delivery drivers. Salad is especially nice with the pickled cabbage. Hands down best Halloumi I've had from a takeaway. Combination Kebab, chicken shish and kofte, all the salad, chilli sauce and garlic sauce with a side of Halloumi for the win.
Best kebab shop in the town, to be sure, been using them for years, sustained, same as always, great, high quality level of service. Been all over the place but always come back here! Keep it going lads, thank you!
The past few orders have not been great but tonight, our food turned up... the chips were cold and rock hard, the "large" kebabs were very small. The chicken wings have changed and are actually disgusting. To top it off we ordered 2 pieces of southern fried chicken and recieved more gross chicken wings, without being contacted. We called the shop and the guy was hard to understand due to a bad line, when they eventually came to pick up the food the am was very rude, agitated and sounded aggressive towards my fiance. Shouting at him that he has to contact just eat to be able to get a refund (when on the phone we were told they could refund us) THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR AND I CAN ASSURE YOU WE, MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. YOU LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY AS YOUR EMPLOYEE WENT 1 STEP TOO FAR SHOUTING IN A RUDE MANNER. ????
Foods good but over the span of 3 years the place is longer to make pizza. It would take about 5-10mins but now it takes about 45-1hour just to make.
