My beer wasn't very good, bitter with an unpleasant aftertaste. The decor was old and dated. The hand dryer in the gent's didn't work and there were no paper towels. Not great or much fun.
Good beer pub, with big screens for sports
Since taking over, Sharon and Dave have done an amazing job. Although still a lot of work to be done folk must realise it's a work in progress. They have transformed the pub in a very short space of time. It is all going to be worth it in the end. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm.
New owners have turned this pub around, great beer in a pleasant friendly atmosphere. 4 ales and 9 keg beers and ciders and cobs if you are hungry. A great local pub.
There is no car park, so you must park in the narrow lane at your own peril!
The smoking area is right next to the entry, so you have to push past them on your way in and out.
Toilets smell revolting!
Dated, dark interior.
Overall, an incredibly disappointing experience!
Great little with some great beers. It has a nice fireplace and a large garden to the rear. Sharon & Dave are the best would definitely recommend this pub.
Typical local pub could do with a bit of a make over no sports or TV if you want a beer and chat it's OK if you want food Swan next door
