Fancied some fish and chips on a trip to sandy through the country roads and found on our route a lovely little village call Potton. Parked up (free parking for 2 hours bonus ) not used to that being London based and went to order some food. Greeted by owners with a smile and professionalism. Ordered some food and sat on the bench across from chip shop on the square . First bite the fish tasted so good and chips had flavour to them. Fried chicken was crispy, chicken nuggets crunchy. Family was absolutely satisfied with there food. 5 *

Staying locally on a short break. Fish and chips on last night. Well, this was really really good food. Average prices, but quality fish and the chips. Do go large on the fish and indulge? Great. Very very friendly, seemingly family run. The guy serving was the fastest at wrapping etc I have ever seen! Really top knotch.
Best food service excellent very pleasant personel
While in the area on holiday I Googled chip shops near me and decided to go here after reading the reviews. People spoke highly of it and said there was a great selection of food. I couldn't agree more. The haddock and chips I had were lovely and I thought there was a lot on the menu so wouldn't not have struggled to find something to have had I not wanted fish and chips. Definitely recommend this place.

The cod was very good, served with skin on. Chips just OK.
Cracking food!
Seriously good fish and chips, nice kebabs and tonight we tried the pizzas which were also gorgeous. Not greasy and with a really nice base. We will definitely be coming back to this one.
Had the haddock as a change and I must say that the fish and chips were the best I have ever tasted. They are good at the best of times but tonight they were exceptional. Well done everyone. (Uncle)
