The worst gp ever. Very disappointed. I asked for a refund for a passport identity confirmation paid £25 for the service. (Bear in mind I got an receipt ) Only for the doctor to not fulfil the service give the wrong details. And now I’m £25 short for nothing.
The passport office is now asking me to ask someone else to confirm which means I need to pay again.
I do not recommend this gp at all. Absolutely dissatisfied. They know this was for my toddler and how important I need it. Because of this I’ll probably be missing out on this trip to Ghana for a family member that has passed away!!!
my husband and I have moved to beckton 2 years ago, since then we have been registered with the GP next door and this pharmacy. I must say their customer service is very professional as well as having friendly staff. Daksh the tall guy with glasses has always been very caring and good in remembering what are his customer's requirements. Thanks for the service to entire team.
I have been going to this pharmacy for over a year ago.
What can I say. From the day one the
Service's they have provided is absolutely Fabulous. Couldn't ask for any better service. They always have my monthly medication. Previously I was registered with pharmacy2u.
But unfortunately they never had my medication most of the times.
And i had to take it to royal dock pharmacy over the counter with email which pharmacy2u return to me.
And royal dock pharmacy always had the medication.
Also the pharmacist is very helpful to.
Many occasions the pharmacist help me many times.
And I will be always grateful to them for

Next door to the Royal Docks Surgery. A very fast and efficient chemist. Used it for years. Great friendly staff. Helpful and happy to answer and concerns you might have.
Very suspect pharmacist. I had a prescription sent there from the GP next door. The pharmacist gave me 33% less of my requirement than the Doctor had told me on the phone would be on the prescription. I didn't notice immediately as I was in serious discomfort and just wanted the pills to ease my pains. Although with hindsight the bald headed chap was acting a bit shady and nervously rolling the prescription in his fingers.
However on investigating, I find that indeed the pharmacist duped me, and fiddled the NHS system too. I'm sure he gets paid the full price by the NHS for the stuff he gives to customers even when he short changes them.
Very dodgy people, who are in effect stealing from the NHS and their customers.
Next time I'll get the prescription in hand and go to the pharmacy in Asda's.
I really hate thieves and conmen, and this bunch are certainly both.
It is by far the best pharmacy iv ever used and believe me over the years iv had to use a lot of pharmacy. They are very professional but has managed to strike a fine balance between being professional and being humane. Some pharmacies in the name of being professional have become a bunch of heartless robots but not this one. If I ever have to go to day lewis pharmacy in north woolwich they never ever have stock of whatever medicine you need no matter how important the medicine may be you will probably have to wait 1/2 days saying stock goes to waste hahaha but not here. They are always very well stocked, even the less popular less used medicine can be found here.
Special mention must be made of Daksh the second in charge pharmacist who have become like a friend over the years. I remember one instance where my car was in the garage and i called him to say my moms medicines are really important as he knows but i cant pick it up. He told me dont worry as a one off il deliver it to you. I was happy thinking its only a 5mins drive but no the lad was actually willing to take a bus and deliver the medicine's on he's way home. I was so touched by this gesture that i immediately booked a cab to go pick up the medicine's. Keep up the great work guys. You are the best.
