I have always found this pharmacy to be exceedingly helpful and offer a friendly service. They have a good selection of products. They offer a good service for dispensing medication. They have a great selection of skin care products for men and ladies and they are always very helpful.

Edit/reply: It’s the correct branch and I come here often, I bought hydrogen peroxide. Most staff are fine but the guy I spoke to (tattoo on right hand) has a disrespectful tone. Next time I won’t let it slide.
Randomly used this pharmacy on a Sunday as no other pharmacy was open and I was pleased to be able to collect my medication that I urgently needed. Such a great help being open 7 days a week.
First thing is first. If you enjoy your privacy, do not use this Pharmacy. It is small and all your details are blurted out with no regards of who is in earshot. Some locals have joked, "if you want to know what is happening with your neighbours, stand up in Royal Docks Pharmacy for 5 mins". I thought they were stupid, until I went there, and it was my details, lol. Anyway, This review needed to be started, but will be updated after I go through complaints regarding bad and bias treatment I received when trying to pick up LIFE PRESERVING medication. I will do a full review and explanation when the investigation is over
I have used this pharmacy from day one, the staff are very helpful, and also the Owner. Nothing is to much trouble for them to help.Also the Vaccinations are easy to get, just turn up Maximum wait is normally around 10/15mins, much easier than trying to get Vaccinations done through your GP. 100% Good Service ????
Really friendly staff really helpful when it comes to advice giving. My local pharmacy for 3 years and I’ve never had an issue.
The way that I was treated by this pharmacy manager or owner was beyond unacceptable!
I am 5 months pregnant and I always wear the button that says that I am. When I came to pick up my medication, I was served first by 2 young gentlemen, who are always helpful. However, there was misunderstanding with my medication and the woman came to explain the situation to me in detail. She was extremely condescending & rude and judgmental.
It is my nearest pharmacy as I live with my partner in Royal Wharf but I will go out of my way not to be served or to bring any business that has anything to do with this woman.
Disgraceful treatment of any customer, let alone a visibly pregnant woman.
Thank you for a consistent helpful service to the two young gentlemen who work there and a European looking blond lady, who was an absolute standard of great service every time I phone the pharmacy or have been helped by her.
Unfortunately, for a while my experience has not been the greatest! Yesterday, for example, I was given my repeated prescription in a random flask, no leaflets, just a couple of labels with my name, the expiring date, the name of the active ingredient and the dosage. Unfortunately, again, the tablets will expire before I'll finish them!! Just unacceptable, thinking that an elderly person or someone that is unable to read English could have been in serious trouble.
