The receptionists and mechanics are very friendly and helpful.

The hidden surprise is...they don't repair cars. I was led to believe by the name of the business that this was an automobile repair shop because it claims to do ''auto repairs.'' I took my car to them with an admittedly complex problem which I am aware is expensive to fix and I assumed they would at least advise me, treat me with respect and have a vague idea of how to deal with the problem. I was fobbed off, lied to and clearly the rude, misogynistic gentleman I spoke to (maybe a trainee or a charitable work placement) had no clue, couldn't be bothered and claimed they were too busy (although no other cars or activity in evidence). I will not go there again nor will I recommend anyone else to. They obviously don't need the business.
Very disappointing experience. Due to a lack of communication and customer service skills, I was left uninformed and out of pocket.
After an unexpected £1200 bill I found myself calling out the AA, as the job hadn’t been completed properly, and being towed from Southport back to Eccleston. After incurring more cost, and having to take a days holiday due to lack of transport, I didn’t even get an apology. Quite the opposite, having a dreadful conversation with receptionist, who was rude and dismissive.
Due to lack of communication, this went from being a £300 quote, to over £1200. They had my car for 19 days, then a week later it broke down, due to the job not being completed properly, so I was without it for another 3 days.
Quite simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

It's hard to find a trusted professional these days, but these guys really are, they have looked after mine and my families cars for years and are very thorough fair.
