Absolutely avoid. Car went in for an MOT last November and came out with serious electronic problems that were not present before hand. I've only just managed to sort them out after paying over £600+. They also repeatedly did work I didn't commission even after I repeatedly asked them not to do anything without asking me first. Just overall a terrible and very costly experience.
These guys have been amazing. Always show me faulty parts of my focus that have been removed and replaced and are very informative. Reasonably priced and have been exceptional as far as customer service is concerned. Will stick with them. Kerry.
Under new management- now called INNOTEQ. Please ensure you review them under their new name too. Terrible experience. Vehicle was in their hands for around four weeks before it was repaired (collected and returned once because the problem had not been fixed leaving me broken down on the side of the motorway and waiting 2 hours for vehicle recovery through my personal cover). Completely unorganised (got given the wrong keys and wrong invoice at one point!). Incompetent as a garage and the manager was extremely defensive and I found him borderline aggressive and threatening. Avoid like the plague.
I needed some suspension repairs done on my car and chose Rowley primarily for location, but also because they quoted a competitive price for the work.
I took my car in the morning and the repairs were completed by the end of the day. Staff were friendly, gave me a call to let me know when it was ready to collect, and also answered the phone every time I rang - a refreshing change to some other garages!
I'm quite happy to recommend Rowley to others.
Just a note: when trying to find the place, go under the bridge, turn RIGHT and go up the slope.

All cars have needed various jobs doing including welding and I can honestly say I’m always left satisfied with the work completed and price given,

Awful service. Unfortunately my car was broken down asked the recovery man to deliver my car there because that was the only garage I remembered that time. So they delivered the car there. So they told me the clutch is gone and need to replace. I ask him if possible just replace the slave cylinder but the owner of garage said they will change the whole clutch assembly.
They charged too high as they were aware that I can't move the car anywhere because recovery company only tow the car once on a occasion to anywhere in u.k. so I paid. When I got my car back the clutch was ok but there was 3 more problems that was not there before I handed the car over to garage. The starting motor making too much noise when start the engine. Engine covers was not properly assembled. And couple of other issues. Looks like a rushed job. Not satisfied and not recommended this place to anybody. Will never use this garage again....
Ignore previous reviews. As per June 2022 this place is under new (terrible) management. Rude mechanics and unfair pricing. The great mechanic Demetrius who used to be there is long gone. Avoid.
