Unprofessional and rude
They don’t understand what are they doing especially some staffs couldn’t understand English
They send out letters where they try to scam you, saying they want to give you money because of the death of someone who has the same last name as you.
Trust me don’t go near him he’s not okey in he’s head worst Solicitar I have ever dealt with rude he don’t know how to speak to people if u have problem he will make your problem worst avoid this place
