On the back of an emergency request for insulin responsible pharmacist Kelly and supporting pharmacy assistant Beata were very kind and attentive with me throughout, ensuring all aspects of my 111 referral for medication were resolved without any issues and provided an exemplary, approachable and seamless pharmacy experience for a patient who was very much in need at short notice. I was so thankful for their great attention to detail and valuing me as a patient despite me not being a local to the area.
Really friendly, supportive and professional local pharmacist. I would highly recommend them.
Today I came at Round the clock pharmacy, which was open on a Sunday. Kelly, the pharmacist was incredibly helpful and insightful explaining every bit of useful information about my problem. Honestly, if you look for someone ethical that goes the extra mile, it's her! Thanks

Rude and unhelpful. The dark haired lady pharmacist is really unhelpful and quite obstructive. She doesn’t allow customers to talk to her without making them shout out from across the counter to her at the back personal information about your health. She lacks empathy and seems to have no will to be helpful at all. It seems that her customers are nothing but an inconvenience. Really horrible experience trying to get my prescription with her. Failed to get it infact and had to go elsewhere. Avoid this place and go somewhere where they actually care about their customers.

My gf cried when we couldn’t get an emergency prescription but this chemist went out of their way to help. Super friendly, helped us late in the evening. We had good google of Damien hirst too as the young girl working there didn’t know him and we all agreed he’s over rated.
Similar to previous review, male pharmacist with grey hair needs to be reported for disgusting conduct, poor knowledge, and doubt he is even a pharmacist! This pharmacy needs to close as its a waste on barnes highstreet.
I suggest that you train your pharmacist and staff and not come back with silly explanations and defensive comments and accept that your staff are poorly trained, there are dozens of feedback over the years for the same terrible customer service. Never the less( you have been referred to the GphC for poor professional conduct, i suggest you look after your customers instead of defending your poor and racist customer service, and that being said, the particular pharmacist has been referred to GphC and should soon receive some investigation in any case.
