Lovely staff, always very polite and helpful. Good portion sizes. Only bad thing is how the layout is designed and the queuing system - two tills far away from each other so the queuing can get a bit congested and you end up standing in people's way a lot, but that's the fault of the layout and not the individuals who work there.
Food was good, service was terrible. Staff chatting and customers being ignored. I will think twice before returning unfortunately
Wouldn’t recommend arriving after 15:00/16:00 as there is no food available and if there is, it’s probably there from the morning by the looks of things.

3 staff members were present with only one customer being served. After waiting over 6 minutes I've politely asked the lady in blonde hair if she could help me. In response she only rolled her eyes and returned to the kitchen without a word. I've always had a nice service there but today was very disappointing.
Food is ok. I've been in a couple times since the relocation service is really slow staff seem clueless and not trained on customer service.
Stood 10 minutes waiting to pay for pack of scones from bakery,too busy getting just eat orders ready and serving hot food which takes ages, there should be a counter for bakery sales and another for hot food,2people walked out and about another 10 waiting to be served.
Avoid!
Placed an order via Uber eats for pick up. Arrived at 2:45 to pick it up and the shutters were all down. No one there and no answer through their number.
Don’t accept an order if you are going to shut.
Terrible staff , most of them have shocking attitudes everytime you go in. Only about 3 nice members of staff.
