Just picked up my car from a front bumper and rear passenger door repair and can't rate highly enough with excellent service and value for money.
Hopefully never need another body repair again but if I did, this would be the place I would come without hesitation.
I put a deep scratch into my girlfriend’s Merc bumper. Was recommended to use Ross Co, just amazing. You cannot tell there was any damage before, now perfect. I think they’re magicians all of them and Lynn in reception was friendly and efficient, well done, thoroughly recommend.
I shopped around at three different auto repair shops and found Rossco to be the most competitive on price, most friendly and most accommodating of all three. They were able to book my car in at short notice and completed the work a day earlier than expected. The bodywork was excellent, the car was cleaned and the service was friendly and professional throughout. Although I hope not to have to visit again, this would be my 'go to' place from now on if necessary.
Amazing help, car getting assessed and priced up at moment, but I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, warmed up with a cup of tea and heater put on. After a stressful couple of days after hitting 2 deer, Iain helped with reassurance and a plan.

I had a broken wingmirror glass and went in to get a quote, I asked for a heated wingmirror and the owner acknowledged that and we agreed that it would be more expensive but I was fine with that.
I then left my car with him for an entire day to get the job done. The price wasn't cheap but I didn't mind because I thought I was getting the job done right.
The wingmirror is not heated like I asked for it to be, so I contacted the office and told them about it. And they expected me to pay the full price again, even though it was no wrong doing of myself. I then agreed on a refund with the receptionist and said that I would come in later in the day to get my money back.
About 2 minutes later I get a call from the owner shouting at me, being aggressive and telling me that it was my fault. And asked me why I didn't do the wingmirror myself? And continued to shout at me so I hung up.
Do not go here.
Fast & Efficient Service. Can't fault the quality of the repair or the friendly approachable nature of the staff. Way better to deal with than one of the so called "big names" of Perth that's for sure. From the moment I first made contact I felt like a valued customer even though I was only enquiring about a very minor repair. They explained what would happen how long it would take & then booked me in.
Top job carried out at short notice. It’s a very busy time at the moment and Ian and his team were very accommodating.

Great service, great work and great price. Took out a dent and got rid of scratches from a small collision. A similar well known business close by quoted THREE TIMES the amount that Iain Ross did the job for.
