If you have "New" customers come to your cafe. 1) Don't look miserable because you have to cook something that takes time to do ( It is on YOUR menu!) 2) Don't stand making fun of your customers ( Us) I was supporting someone who has severe anxiety and chose your cafe as it appeared nice and quiet. 3) Don't bring food to the table, bang it down, no smiles, no thank you. We were polite, we did not complain, or make noise. If I could put Zero stars, I would! I have worked in catering, cafes etc try smiling and engaging with your new customers, you will find repeat money coming in! We spent £50. Never again!
Wanted a small deviation from the menu and there was no problem. Top customer service.
We chose our lunch from the specials board. Four of us... Two were served together then one then the other. By the time the last one was served the first two had finished their meal. Fine if you know your company well but not so good to watch or be watched eating. The food was hot but not served in uneven portions some had noticably larger portions than others. The desert was very good served quickly and all together. Tea was very good we did not try the coffee. The parking is easy. Disabled toilet. Staff friendly. Very clean cafe. Toilet area OK. Toilet seat very loose not good if you have mobility issue's.
Coffee was bang on but the bacon bap was abit of a let down not enough bacon for the size of the bap
Quick service, attentive staff, good food
Perfect little cafe, food was delicious and reasonably priced. I have a cooked breakfast and unlike some this breakfast was not swimming in a pool of grease. I’ve given 4 * instead of 5 as you do leave with a smell of cooking.
Full English breakfast was delicious, quick, friendly service & piping hot. I would recommend this nice little place.
Popped in for some brekkie before Dr appointment...
- food was great (proper sausages, crisp(!) hash browns, great all round)
- good value (especially large size)
- polite, efficient, friendly service...
