Terrible service. Went in to collect 2 prescriptions last week - waited half an hour in the queue to be told they only had one, but I could come back the next day (Friday) to collect both together - I said i would take the one they had and return for the other one - had to pay for both prescriptions on that day. Went back the next day, waited again in the queue for half an hour to be told they still didn’t have it and that they should have it by Monday/Tuesday. I advised that I didn’t want to go in just on the off chance that they had it so they offered to call me to let me know when it was ready to be collected. Tuesday came and went, I hadn’t heard anything - it’s now a week later and I still haven’t heard anything. I have tried calling 33 times since Tuesday and they haven’t picked up once! All I want to do is either find out if they have it before I waste my time walking up there and waiting in a queue, or if they don’t have it then I want a refund and to see if I can get it elsewhere- that’s a week without something I need and absolutely no customer service whatsoever.

Was directed here from another pharmacy as they didn't have what I needed in stock. Spoke to a very young girl behind the counter who went to ask someone else who gave a curt NO to my query and that was it, end of conversation! No help given, no alternatives offered, never got to talk to someone listened to what I was requesting. And they recommended going to your pharmacy to take the pressure off the doctors.

Friendly fast service every time. When we've needed advice they've always been polite and informative. Ordering repeat prescriptions with them is easy on the Patient Access app, especially if you go to the surgery next door. So glad they are my local pharmacy, genuinely.

My wife has used this pharmacy for several years for all of her repeat medications. The service is usually ok, but if the prescription changes as happened this month, with a different type of eye drops being required, the reaction from them is, "we don't stock that item you will need to go elsewhere!" No attempt was made to find a supplier or help in any other way, the same thing happened previously, when certain anti-biotics were needed and these were sourced from another local pharmacy. This time, the eye drops will be required on a regular monthly bassis, so my wife has changed to a more accomodating local pharmacy who obtained the eye drops within 24 hours and all future repeat prescriptions will be directed to them!
Called about 8 times and can’t seem to answer the phone it’s not difficult to pick up a phone
