(Now owned by Roger Bannister Autos, since Roger retired). I took my car here because the exhaust was noisy and rattling and it was also due an annual service and MOT. I've been using this garage for 10 years, but was a bit nervous this time as the garage is under new ownership, but it turned out I had absolutely nothing to worry about.
They ordered and got a new exhaust on next day delivery (I chose to leave the car with them - they contacted me within an hour and offered it me back until the following day if I wanted it). By lunchtime the next day I had the car back. They'd fully serviced it, got it through the MOT (my car is a 14 year old Toyota IQ) and fitted the new exhaust. The staff were friendly, helpful and my car feels like a new car (looks like it too - they valeted it, and cleaned it for good measure!). It also cost less than I was expecting considering the parts and the amount of work done. Brilliant service - I'm now planning to carry on using this garage for another decade or more!
Booked in for MOT, got me in very short notice. Ladies at reception are very friendly and the gents there are very thorough, informative and no nonsense. Highly recommended will definitely use again.
Good, honest people, not what I had expected from my first smash repair in the UK. Reasonably priced, understood the requirements well, and when the damage was worse than expected were very reasonable about the charges for the work.

The staff here are amazing, I made a short notice booking & they managed to fit me in even though I hadn’t rang prior, & they did the repairs no issues, a really affordable price & super friendly service, will definitely choose this garage again but next time for an M.O.T fingers crossed lol
Took my Nissan Qashqai for MOT at short notice and they created a slot for me. Rang Marcus, and he assured me that he was going yo help and he did exactly that. Left my car in their care for 2 days and came back to pick it up. The job was welldone and car was intact. I will keep going to Roger Chetter for any jobs on my car. The MOT was priced way cheaper than my dealer's price. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their cars to be professionally looked after.
They carried out an MOT on my i20 at very short notice, after a recommendation.This was alot cheaper than my original option at the dealership, and was carried out with no fuss. I will definitely use their services again, they are very professional and a friendly, honest service.
Roger Chetter provides an excellent service and gives good honest advice when needed. His charges are fair and reasonable, probably well below that of the larger garages. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
When finding a garage , you want someone reputable and trust worthy. And after many years I can honestly say I've found that in Roger chetter.
