Haven’t been here in a while so thought I’d try it again but was disappointed. Thinnest tasteless fish ever, definitely not cod or haddock, soggy batter and soggy chips. Fish shop has been there for years and was always the best but definitely not any more
Way over priced for the small portions you get!
Chips were all small and undercooked , fish was over cooked pollock and sausage tasted like it had been kept warm all day!
Used to really like this place but Never again!

Whilst I was there I should of just cancelled the order for the price it was not worth it!!!
Chips were a bag of mixed mushy and uncooked. Battered sausage should of been crispy sausage and the £7 piece of fish wow was so small!! For the price of nearly £30 feeding 3 better off going to kfc!!

Excellent quality and taste. The staff are always pleasant and eager to help. Placed an order for delivery and it did not take long to arrive ...always wrapped up well, so stays piping hot on arrival . The fish tasted so fresh and the batter so light , fluffy and crisp. Exceptional in every way. I highly recommend Rockfords and will be ordering again . Thankyou for providing such an outstanding service !
Overpriced for the portion size and not very nice either. Staff don't seem interested in being there. Won't be going back.

Disgusting food and service avoid if you don't want to be sat on the loo. The owners attitude is disgusting customer service don't think he knows what that is.......
used to love this place before the 3 pound delivery charge and fish change. the fish isnt cod or haddock anymore its some cheap fish that doesnt taste or have the same texture as haddock or cod
