The food here was AMAZING. We had ribs & pork belly. Everything is cooked fresh to order. All of the food is freshly prepared, even the coleslaw! They have a great range of imported drinks. The customer service is brilliant. However, they do GOOD FOOD not fast food. Expect to wait whilst your food is freshly cooked. We will definitely be back! ????
My boyfriend introduced me to this ! Absolutely Love it! The chicken Katsu is amazing and better than Wagamamas in my opinion. Very reasonable priced. We have had it twice in 3 days and drove to Wymondham from Norwich especially to collect this and take it back ! This is my first review but I thought these guys really deserved 5 stars x
Ordered the short rib, which was literally a bone with just fat on. Nothing else. No meat at all. £6 for a fatty bone, some onions and watered down coloured liquid which I assume was gravy. The rest of the family liked theirs but we probably won't be back.
I'm sure the food is ok......if they deliver it. Was told it would take 40 mins to deliver........had to cancel after 1hr 20min when I was told it was still yet to be cooked. Nice one????
Update: Upgrade to 2 stars as the refund only took 2 days.
We ate in last night at Rock'N Grill Origins and were very impressed. Restaurant quality food at takeaway prices. We recommend 10/10 and will be returning! I can't wait to try the other items on the menu.
I have not enjoyed take away food like this for years. Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious. Delivery time not the quickest. But I don't mind waiting for quality food.
This is the first time i have ordered from this restaurant so maybe its an off day, food took ages to be delivered, driver got lost even though i left instructions, and to top it all off i found metal in my chicken, the restaurant did apologise and made me a fresh katsu curry which is what i ordered.
Edit: i asked for a refund, was told I'd need to give back the food, its been 3 days since the incident, ive emailed twice asking when ill be refunded, no response yet, no refund yet

Beautiful food! I don’t normally do reviews but these guys deserve 5 stars. It’s different, tasty and they’re really nice people. I’ll be buying from them again. ????????
