If you love ice-cream then this is your place. Have a great selection of deserts and ice-cream. We have been a few times and tried different ones and they have all been good. Staff are friendly and service was quick. The perfect treat on a hot sunny day.
Decent food but misleading delivery times, constantly at least an hour over estimated time. Arrived 2 hours already and cold.
Disgusting service! Ordered 2 hours ago and still hasn’t arrived. Person kept saying it will be 5 minutes, 2 hours later!!! No food. No refund!!! Don’t bother
Horrendous place - ordered, got advised delivery up to 90 minutes, called after this time elapsed to be told it would be another 5-10 minutes, still nothing - called again, got advised he was around the corner, not sure which corner as 15 minutes later still not here - the extremely incompetent phone staff said 'it's been a busy night innit'

Ordered a desert 1 and half hours before closing time and we never received it even with multiple calls to the shop. Took the paymet and never delivered. Awful service. Shame when you are typing to support local businesses.
Pancakes were delicious, but I ordered the banana and strawberry waffle with chocolate sauce. Nutella was on the menu but no mention that 'chocolate sauce' was also Nutella. I'm allergic to nuts so couldn't eat it and it came without bananas or strawberries. Very disappointing for the money spent. Ordered via Just Eat.
Horrible service. Waited ages to be served when no customers in. Food was diabolical. Staff are rude. Wouldnt go here again. Lost mine and my friends customs.
Ordered at 5.30pm, the driver finally arrived at 08.00pm, it had taken 2½ hours. I told him to take it back. We'll never use this place again, absolutely pathetic.
I notice that Rocco's put the delivery time as 07.05pm, complete and utter lie. It arrived at 08.00pm!!!!!!
