My ‘sundae’ and shake was delivered by the driver with no cover on!! Just very unhygienic and never want to order from there again!
Absolute shambles of a place went in yesterday for a cookies sundae after getting it home I started to enjoy only to find A PIECE OF PLASTIC IN IT so took back to shop to be looked at like I’m simple by some young kid the plastic was out of the ice cream stick that says the flavour NO APOLOGY NO NOTHING DISGUSTING SERVICE I GOT A REFUND HONESTLY YOU NEED TO TEACH YOUR STAFF MANNERS WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK EVER
Recently tried this place for the first time and while the milkshakes were tasty and well-presented, my experience was marred by finding numerous bits of blended plastic wrapper, likely from the bueno, in mine, which was a major turn-off. Contacted Uber about it, but they weren't helpful and directed me to the shop, which I found unhelpful given the delay. This could be a choking hazard, especially for those with young children. Disappointed with the lack of resolution and won't be ordering again.
On a positive note, my partner's milkshake was fine, suggesting that the issue with mine was likely accidental rather than intentional. Giving credit where it's due for the things that went well, make your own choice on whether to order.
Ordered pistachio milk shake with Ferrero Roche, I'll get 2 scoops of pistachio ice cream and full of cheap vanilla ice cream so shake doesn't taste at all like pistachio but vanilla. Not recommend to anyone. Plus stuff says they made it like that and wasn't helpful at all. Waste of money!!!!!
I placed an order through Uber and no fault to the business at all the Uber driver arrived smoking in his car which contaminated my order. I went to the shop myself and the owner of the business could not apologise enough and was devastated that the Uber driver had done this as it reflects on his business. He made a fresh order for me and has put in a complaint with Uber as well as myself. Roccos owner could not of been more helpful and understanding and resolved the situation immediately.
I came in and I received excellent custumer service and it turned my day around. Amazing desserts and amazing portions. Will come back again.
Ordered from here for the first time and I was very disappointed. The brownie was warmed up far too much and after a couple of minutes it went rock solid. The thickshake was ok.
Just had a strawberry and banana waffle and it had hardly any sauce on it. It was really dry and the waffle just tasted of sugar. It was really sweet and not enjoyable at all. Very disappointing and very poor compared to the Bolton store. Will not be ordering from this one again.
