Lovely staff, always warm, friendly, smiling and caring. I have collected meds from there for over a year, and found them punctual, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. You could not ask for a better pharmacy in the BD3 area as they have everything you could want for in a pharmacy, and if they don't have it they will try and get it for you.
Highly recommended and nothing is too much trouble for them. They exemplify what a great pharmacy is like and other pharmacies should take note of their professionalism and dedication.
One of the best pharmacies I’ve ever been to. The staff are polite and always resolve my issues as soon as possible. Staff are well trained which is really nice to see. I have a regular delivery service which I do not need to worry about unlike other pharmacies.
What a really lovely spacious pharmacy. I booked a Covid Booster Jab online for the following day at 9.30am .... I was promptly seen at bang on 9.30am and all done and dusted within 5 minutes, ... Staff were extremely pleasant, informative & professional.

I have been going to Robertsons Pharmacy for many years , .
Since they moved next to Farrow medical centre , my husband & I have used the opticians.
They pharmacy has helped in numerous ways with perscriptions & Dosset Boxes I have had many stays in hospital & they have looked after myself & my husband.
All the pharmacist are excellent.
I would like to say Maureen in particular has helped us in the optician department . Nothing is ever too much trouble for her she goes above & beyond to make sure we’re happy with your/our /glasses, she is a credit to Robertsons & always has a smile on her face
I would highly recommend this Chemist , Opticians to anybody , it’s always worth a visit.

Very very good pharmacy and opticians, but I have had to move now to another pharmacy due to moving home. I only wish I could have stayed with these. It was very good customer service, friendly pharmacists, I would certainly recommend. Maureen was fab to me in the opticians. Great guys.
5 star Chemist with very helpful staff. Had a difficult time with a particular medication for my wife and Robertson staff were so keen to help and sort it out. (Maureen especially )

They are useless I am still waiting for my medication a week after my prescription after being told it would be finally delivered today it hasn't. What use if that I am now out of some tablets and I have a complex medical condition.
Thank you I will be in pain all weekend until you can be bothered to deliver them.
This is the second time it has happened and when my husband went into the the pharmacy he said never again no one was distancing and one staff member was coughing without protecting themselves I complained to the surgery and asked how to change pharmacy, then thought we would give a chance.
I would give no stars if it was available as they don't deserve one when they leave patients without medication when they told me they were delivering today before 6pm.
If they are unable to deliver within a week what are they doing as part of Farrow Medical Centre.
Bring back Farrow Pharmacy they were brilliant.
