Lovely and approachable pharmacist! Very thorough and friendly :) thank you
Pharmacist has always been lovely, gave me advice when i was struggling to pay due to being at uni, really went above and beyond for me and always has. Receptionists have always been great, very personable and friendly.
I use to collect my medication from Roberts Pharmacy, until I started living my live free of long-term medications..
In that time, I can't remember having too many issues with the service I have received at this Pharmacy over the years apart from that one time when my name was mispronounced which prolonged the time it took for me to get hold of my medication. And, (at another time) I was told the incorrect delivery date for my medication - which could have resulted in a wasted journey to the Pharmacy had I not called up beforehand. However, I must pardon them as nobody is perfect. ????
Most of the staff are friendly, professional and helpful - to name a few: Julie, Ismael and Hassan.. Hassan is one of the better pharmacist out of the 3, as he always says hello and has a positive and good nature/energy about him.
The waiting times for picking up your medication is usually around 5-10 minutes, which is not looong at all compared to the other Pharmacy's I have visited in the past (WestPoint/Lloyds Pharmacy).

I do remember during the Corona-virus lockdown Roberts offered to deliver my medication to my home, this was very kind of them to do - as it ensured my own safety and saved me a journey to the Pharmacy. :)
Recently, I asked one of the chemists for advice on the mild frostbite on the end of one of my fingers. He was really helpful and knowledgeable and, after directing me to make an appointment at the doctors, he ordered in the cream I needed that day. Thanks so much for all the help- my finger's nearly back to normal. (Also thanks for the always cheerful service from the friendly counter assistant).
Best customer service I've received in a long time. The Pharmacist (think his name was Hassan) was very patient, helpful and answered all my questions. The turnaround time in getting my prescription was within 5 mins, which I think was exceptional! Definitely my go-to pharmacy from now on!
I am on weekly prescriptions. I ring chemist first but they have it ready when I get there. been going there for years. same staff and lovely and friendly. I have actually been given cups of tea when I get upset. I can discuss anything with them. they are fabulous. you don't need to ring the doctors cos they are professionals and you know they will stop to help you with anything. well done! best chemist ! ????????????
Great little pharmacy with brilliant customer service. I take a lot of medication, some of it quite obscure, and they always manage to get it in for me when the bigger pharmacies will tell me that they can’t source it. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, can’t recommend them highly enough. Their support during the pandemic was fantastic, don’t know what I’d have done without them. A credit to the local community.
