Lovely people and great food. Rob is very friendly, Megan is a lovely server and Marks food is delicious. Dirty fries and the hotdog are gorgeous. All round great food and atmosphere. Highly recommended.
And for an evening meal, bring your own alcohol! Even better!
Wasn't sure what to expect from this place. A couple of gazebos on an old garage forecourt. Food was great, tasty, fresh and mostly homemade. Children loved making their own pizzas. I'm happy to take my own alcohol. Staff were welcoming, and with interesting stories. My feet were a bit cold though when we left.
I had a wonderful time with my colleagues from Poole hospital at Rob’s Filling Station. The food was absolutely amazing from appetizers to the main course and dessert.Steaks were perfectly cooked.The owner of the restaurant was very accommodating and friendly. The service was Top notch . This place exceeded my expectations! We look forward to seeing you again Rob…

Thanks Rob and Mark for a wonderful Sunday roast! The food was absolutely wonderful and the atmosphere made for a great lunch. Was too full after a great roast to try the wonderful desserts on offer but I’m sure my family will be back soon!

Excellent full English breakfast sourcing meats from local butchers and home made bread. Family run and friendly. Pizza oven after 5pm!
Drove down from Bath to try a legendary roast at rob's, a 2 hour trip. Legendary fails to describe how good an experience it was, although it was our first time visiting, within moments we were made to feel like old friends. The whole experience was one big pleasure, superbly cooked food, the staff were friendly and caring to all of the customers, giving the place the atmosphere of a family gathering. Definitely planning a return trip.
