I only contacted them on behalf of a woman whose car was stuck outside my house. I had no dealings with them, but they arrived and freed her car promptly.

The clutch went on my mini. I was recommended this garage.
I was recovered by Rob and they said they could do the work. I hadn't heard anything after a week so I called the garage and they said "we fitted the clutch put it all back together & the clutch wouldn't disengage - wrong part" so had to take it all apart and start again. The following week I phoned and all done except the reverse lights not working- they forgot to reattach the wire. The next day I had a call, all ready to collect. I went up to collect it and I was told "engine management light has come on, I've put it on the computer and you need a new dpf bag, looks like you been leaking a while" Grab 1 off ebay and call me and I'll fit it. (They had my car for 15 days)
Not happy I went to another garage, where they had a look and said my dpf bag had been ripped. Had it been a slow process I'd have noticed residue on my driveway. Anyway, because I explained I'd just had my clutch done they had a look and R.J.S has drilled 2 holes in my gearbox!!
The car whistles when starts - only did this the day I collected it from R.J.S and there's an airlock in my system.
Upon inspection when lifting the bonnet. Theres bolts missing, and parts are loose or snapped!!
Car is not safe to drive!!!!
Currently going through the motor ombudsman and trading standards as this garage is not fit for purpose.
How is it possible to fit the wrong part?? And, to purposely damage the vehicle.
Friendly, reliable and good prices! Always my first stop when I break the car ????
