The receptionists are clueless and always end up asking the big man Rizwan for everything.
My wife needed some dressing for her C-section scar, which opened up, and they made her wait 45 bloody minutes.
The box was on a shelf right next to the counter, but the girl at the desk didn’t know what to do and had to ask Rizwan for help? This guy didn’t even bother to come help my Mrs and started serving the customer after her. She was there in pain, and it seemed like they couldn’t see her. I was right outside the shop in the car with our newborn crying and could see everything, I couldn’t believe my eyes.
Even the other customers that were on the queue behind her started asking why they were not serving her.
It wasn’t like she needed a prescription for it, you guys just had to pick it up and make her pay.
47 minutes for a box of dressing to a new mum in pain. Shame shame shame shame shame on you.

Just rang to see if the pharmacist can treat ear infections in a child via Pharmacy First. Past onto the pharmacist who started giving bogus incompetent advice about how to treat with Paracetamol. High temperature and discharge from ear is not going to resolve with Paracetamol.
If the pharmacist doesnt want to provide the service because they are not confident or competent, then just say you dont deliver the service. Why give patients bogus, inaccurate advice assuming that they dont know anything. Highly unprofessional.
Avoid this pharmacy if you want professional help.
Rizan was very rude when I came to pick up my mother’s prescription. The only reason this is not 0 stars is because of the lovely young girl behind the counter, who tried her absolute best to make sure my issue was resolved, she must’ve only just left school poor thing deserves a raise.
My husband and I have used Rizwan Chemist for many years and have always found Rizwan knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have given 5 * cause he deserve it
I've been here several times to collect prescriptions sometimes can be for one item and sometimes several items and on every occasion you end up sat there like a spare part waiting most times for beyond 30 minuts plus
that happens even if your the only one waiting in shop
It would be quicker to go to a pharmacy on the other side of Manchester and get medication by saying that I'm not saying it jokingly I'm being serious
So for me avoid and use a well known pharmacy like boots or well
Worst chemist. You can hardly understand the manager(rizwan) he’s mumbling most of the time. Ignorant behaviour. Avoid this pharmacy
Went in with my 3 year old for eye drops rizwan told me to wait till morning till it become worse before I put eye drops had to go to boots after it and get the eye drops as he clearly wasn't interested in helping as I stood there for over 45 minutes waiting for a consultation and the young girl on till had to sit and say 3 times to him the baby is there waiting for you, the phone rang the young girl explained they shut at 7 but its very busy there was only 3 people in this time I would give it less then 1 star but that's not an option avoid unless you got nowt better to do then sit here for hour
