More sauce than substance. The takeaways from this “award winning” restaurant, while tasty, are woefully lacking in solids and are predominantly liquid. The sit-in experience is a little better.
It is evident that the absence of any local competition is unlikely to bring about any change to this situation.
For anyone who prefers to eat their korma rather than drink it, this is a solid miss.
Superb food, great service and atmosphere. A good menu too. I would definitely recommend this place. ????
The kitchen is on fire at the moment, not literally obviously! We ate here last night, for the first time in months and our food was the best it has ever been. Keep it up team Riverside. We can't wait to come back :-)
Disappointed. Have visited here many times for eat in and been impressed.
Unfortunately had a takeaway last night and cannot say the same, tasteless, tough lamb and soggy paratha. Jalfreazi...no taste and the rice was dry and definitely not pillau. Shame.

Tried here again and different story, lovely tasty meal and staff welcoming.
Went with some friends on Saturday and it was mega packed. So if you go at weekend advisable to book. Service was acceptable but I asked three times for a glass of water! Also had to send my wine back as it was wrong one. The noise level was high! Food was really nice but wouldn't visit again on a Saturday!
An impromptu visit but quickly accommodated. Very courteous service, with all courses served in a timely manner. Fresh flavoured. Excellent garlic naan.
What a time, would always go back, the guys make you laugh and are extremely professional as well as giving you top rate service
The food here is excellent and the staff are polite and friendly!! Would recommend this place too eat!!
