I visited Riverside Dental and was beyond impressed with the care. The staff were kind and friendly. I was seen by Dr Safa who explained each step of the process and answered all of my questions, making me comfortable about receiving treatment. She went above and beyond and it's great to see a dentist who really cares about their patients. Will definitely come back when I next need dental treatment!
Another NHS dentist gone private, with a draconian notification email having gone out demanding people have their own pens ready for paperwork, contactless cards in hand, and not to wear gloves inside the surgery, then being told they'll have to wait outside if they're early. The older generation who are most in need of kind and considerate treatment and this is the way you communicate? Shameful.
This dental practice was recommended to me by several people and I am so glad it was. As a very nervous/anxious patient I have nothing but praise for the dentist and the whole practice team. I was treated with respect, everything was explained to me and I was offered help and support to cope with having dental treatment.
I had reason to email the practice and received a reply by return which to me is a sign of an excellent efficient practice.

My husband has had appointments cancelled many times and at short notice. A new appointment made in February for today but practice is closed! No phone call to let him know. Will be looking elsewhere
Last week I had 2 molar implants fitted by Verj at Riverside Dental Surgery. I must say from beginning to the end my experience with this practice has been great. Verj took me through all options available to me and I was given enough information AND time to make an informed choice for my treatment. As expected there was slight discomfort during the preparation stages but Verj's reassuring bedside manner insured any discomfort was kept to minimum. I now enjoy chewing food again thanks to Verj. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.
I am a nervous patient, who struggles with anxiety - I left the surgery totally impressed with the level of service I received. I was immediately put at ease and will be more than happy to call this practice, my regular dentists. I will need to have some work done in the future, but I completely trust this surgery and know I will be in good hands

The receptionist is very lovely aswell, going out of her way to put me at ease.
Excellent professional service! Treated in such a professional and courteous manner that i had to write a review. After seeing many dentists, they all said they couldn't save my teeth. Verj gave me a full explanation of my problems and saved the majority of my teeth via root canals and crowns. Being an anxious patient he did this all under sedation and has restored my faith in dentists.
I am now so much more confident that i am getting Verj to do me some Implants and save me getting a denture. I also got a very good deal as the practice gave me a big discount on my treatment plan. Thanks to all the team and the ladies for keeping my nerves at ease. Couldn't recommend this practice enough.
