Attended this dentist Surgery today 12/07/2023. The customer service was second to none, the dentist was highly professional, knowledgeable and was very empathetic, all options towards my treatment was clearly explained to me and treatment advice given. Had my tooth extracted this was done with ease and swiftness. Cost of treatment was reasonable

Excellent service today.l went in as my tooth had broken and asked if it would be possible to wait and have an emergency appointment.
I was given one and after a short wait my tooth was filled.Great service all round from the receptionist to the treatment.Thank you!!
I was suffering severe tooth pain, and on my first visit I was given antibiotics to clear any infection, but the next day the pain was getting worse I rang the dentist back and within 1 hour 30min of that phone call I was back at the dentist.
My tooth had an unusual root bent at a 90 degree angle which would normally be refered for extraction at a dental hospital, but on my go ahead the dental surgeon skillfully extracted my tooth with no pain, and within a few minutes it was out. I am now pain free.

36 times I’ve called to try get an appointment this morning and they either don’t answer or when they do answer you say hello and they put the phone down!! Sort it out!!
Amazing team here at the dental practice, made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Would 100% recommend this service, I've always been a dentist dodger but not now I know these guys will look after me.

Really happy with the treatment I received here. For the first time in all my years of going to the dentist I felt involved in the decision making, rather than having treatments "done to me", I was given choices and everything was explained to me 'before' the treatment was done, so I was fully informed. Friendly staff.
Never answer the phone for me to rearrange an appointment. Then say its my fault for not cancelling. Reception is useless don't understand how to deal with phone calls just keeps me on hold for 10 mins just for another appointment . Ended up having to put the phone down Come on sort it out please.
