This place is a total gem. Simply the best coffee around and always a friendly face. Such a great team, who always deliver excellent service. The food is really, really tasty and did I mention the amazing coffee?? Thank you all for brightening so many of my days!
I have had many coffees when catching the train and they’ve always been very good, but tonight they did a special burger treat and that was one of the best burgers I’ve had. I hope this burger business becomes more regular.

The man who’s working there seems to be very nice, unfortunately the both woman’s acting like they are doing a favour to serve you. They treat some people with kindness and others without respect. Making faces or looking at you like you’re doing something wrong. Nasty people, not recommending.

I absolutely love this cafe, they are always so friendly and welcoming. The food and drink is delicious and as an added bonus today, they arranged a complimentary shuttle for 4 with Tesla to Guildford station. We had a lovely Tesla representive, who gave us lots of information about the brand and the vehicle and thankfully, made sure we all still got our train into London Waterloo without being too late, thank you Ritual and thank you Tesla .
