Premessa: tutto bene finché non abbiamo scoperto che un piatto di pasta con verdure vale quanto un piatto di pasta con pesce fresco.
Da vegetariani, spesso ci capita di chiedere che un piatto venga modificato in modo da adeguarlo alle nostre preferenze. È stato il caso di ravioli ripieni di pesce conditi con crudaiola di verdure. Abbiamo chiesto di poter mangiare lo stesso condimento ma con degli spaghetti (foto), peccato che sul conto finale questi ultimi siano stati calcolati esattamente come dei ravioli ripieni di pesce fresco. Mi sembra poco onesto! Senza calcolare che una bottiglia d'acqua €5 è davvero un furto, ma ci saremmo anche passati sopra.
Mi dispiace dirlo nel 2023, ma non consiglio questo posto a vegetariani.
Di recente cambio gestione e nome, questo ristorante gode di una location superba e si è adattato al paese in cui è incastonato.
Marco, il responsabile, è una persona gentilissima e disponibile.
Ti accoglierà e coccolerà dall'inizio ala fine della cena.
Lo chef, autoctono, è davvero in gamba e offre piatti di qualità che non trovi spesso in giro.
Lista dei vini approvata, qualità alta e prezzi ponderati.
Meravigliosa cucina con ottimo menu personale consigliati i panciotti gamberi e capasanta e ravioli e nero al salmone eccellente con servizio ad hoc

Siamo tornati perché avevamo un buon ricordo, che si è confermato.
La location affacciata sul lago trasmette eleganza, ma l'atmosfera è quella di casa grazie allo staff di sala premuroso, sorridente e competente. Lo chef delizia i palati con le sue creazioni, non dimenticando che la vista dal ristorante è top, ma i clienti l'apprezzano di più se sono soddisfatti del menù. Alla prossima!
The service here is the best, the staff is so friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to serve you the perfect dinner.
The view was breathtaking, we saw the sunset with a perfect view of the lake.
We were brought a basket of breadstick, bread and pastry’s. For drinks we ordered prosecco, the mojito and cherry soda, so our total for drinks was 30€.
The food was so so good, the best food and the best prices, we had a lasagna, which was just perfect, the lake fish tartare, a salad, tagliatelle verdi with lake fish and grillata di pesce di lago. We had to try the famous tiramisu and it didn’t disappoint. Overall the whole atmosphere of the place was so nice, it was a perfect evening with great food.
Our total for food was 130€ so 33€ per person.When they brought us the check we received some candy, i personally considered the gesture so nice????.
We all ready made a reservation for another evening.It does get busy so I advise you to make a reservation ahead.
View from the glass room are incredible. We had 5 kids in a table for 9 and we thought that the staff would be irritated with us but the extreme opposite was true. They immediately offered to bring some tomato based penne pasta for all the kids before the adults ordered. Throughout service they never once gave us the impression that we were unwanted guests even though we felt guilty as parents.
In terms of the food, let’s start with the kids. They scarfed down every bit of pasta which we hadn’t seen them do throughout the prior week. We ordered the fish tasting starter. Beautiful variety of fish cooked using different styles. Pate, fried, poached, smoked, dehydrated(?). The other highlight was the osso bucco veal braise. Highly recommended. I would return for that dish alone.
Overall, I had been pretty disappointed with the standard of food in Lake Como up until this meal. They showed me that even in a tourist town you can find great food!
Amazing view, full of spots for pictures and romantic corners, very clean and elegant place and the service is on the highest level. Amazing atmosphere with a bit of luxury accompanied by great food, accurate portions and reasonable prices. Homemade tiramisu, insanely well served prosecco (2 people and a stand) and fresh ingredients. Probably the best highlight of Lake Como out of 3 days!
