Awful experience, It was my birthday so treated ourselves and wanted to put money into a local company. Ordered food at 4.15pm took two hours to arrive. Called twice told on both occasions waiting for delivery driver! £3.50 delivery charge on a £40 order and it’s 2 mins down the road. I will never order from here again.
Food was never worth £40 either.
Disappointed food was not good at all ! Kabab meet was not from fresh and no salad available overall one of the worse kabab meals I have ever had ! £13 I was expecting the full works 2/10 also other meal was a hair ended up throwing away won’t be back ! Also store itself was a right mess inside ! Be carful when ordering online !
Ordered just after 5 on a Friday night…… delivery took two hours for cold and Luke warm food. We had rung multiple times for delivery…’it’s a big order honey’…..really (my brother in law is way too nice)! To clarify there was no complicated options from the other menus so it was a share box, a couple of burgers, three kebabs and a cheese pizza and some (cold) chips! Not exactly feeding of the 5 thousand! Personally would avoid in future or maybe collect….or order one burger at a time lol! Photo is the children waiting lol
4 hour wait when app said 45 minute! £10 delivery charge on a £30 order, app asks for drivers tip on top of charges, phoned twice, first time I was told 45 minute wait, second time I was told driver left 5 minutes ago- two hours since first call and still no food! Will not be returning!
Ordered food New Years Eve for the first time for a family of 5.
Spicy noodles, variety of their chips, rice and some baby Naan.
Greets tasting food and a pleasure to eat something different from elsewhere.
Arrived just within the 2 hour period we were told.
Definitely try again and would recommend.
Have ordered a few different items off the menu now and I have never had a bad experience. The food itself is high quality and tastes amazing. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and will happily make little adjustments for you. I highly recommend ordering from as you will not be disappointed.
Ordered the meal deal for 2, with a few extras amounting to £46.37, the order was placed at 9pm confirmation of order came through for delivery at 10:22, another email was received at 10:11 stating that the order was cancelled without explanation, I can’t say much for their cooking because I’ve never tasted it this will be my first and last experience with Ricksha unfortunately! After so many good reviews I thought it’d be worth a shot, shame really.
Terrible food . Hair in naan, dry reheated rice and curry has a jelly consistency. Even the corn on the cob was under cooked . Chickpea curry turns up with no chickpeas, wrong spices and basically just peas and onions in jelly . Definitely don't recommend
