We went there to have a pair of mirror wills made and the service was terrible. Although the testament was straight forward there were lots of mistakes (spelling and content) which had to be corrected by proof-reading several versions over email. Also, the quote that we obtained by phone was misleading as she later charged us more than double that amount (the original quote was for only one testament excluding VAT, but mirror wills always come in pairs). Definitely never again and I would advise anyone to go somewhere else.
They lack knowledge and expertise in their field. They are not trustworthy and should be looked into. People’s lives are at stake.
Don't waste your time and money here. We paid 150 to be provided with irrelevant, outdated and misleading information a few days later. Totally unprofessional.

Why did you not inform the Home Office that you were no longer our solicitor? If it is not your obligation why do you inform, why did you not send the Decision back? A live public debate?
Ricardina deprived us of the Home Office Decision. She says that if we don't pay, she won't give us the Home Office Decision. At the beginning of our meeting, Mrs. Ricardina did not give us any documents to indicate the form of payment. Was she dishonest because she already knew what she had planned? The authorities we contacted probably say it is dishonesty due to lack of clarity at the beginning of the contract (which never happened). Why did you not inform us in writing of your form of payment from the beginning? Payment terms were later sent to us. By phone you sent us to look for a house on your own even though you know my health. In my opinion, Mrs. Ricardina was never willing to guide us. I think I am a very bad lady. Speak softly...

To be brief, i was in a bad trouble with a challenge of my tuition fees for the previous university course which had been cancelled .

Please do not just look their humble office, you will definitely find lots of great consultations and abilities instead!

I came here to get my identity confirmation signed and stamped by a solicitor. They asked £150 for this when instead you can pay £20 a minute walk from here down embankment. Make sure to check prices somewhere else first.
Very sad experience, and totally disappointed with advice, been recommend by a friend makes all the situation even worse
