Perfect service from this company. Kevin in particular was great, collected and returned the vehicle promptly, accommodating my work hours during the process. Nothing was a problem. Efficient service from the office staff, updating me on progress. As a female driver the experience was non discriminatory. Perfect service well over 100% outstanding. Had non fault accident my insurance company recommended Rhodes group as their approved repairer, and right from the start the professional approach was evident. I originally spoke to Robbie who arranged for the Walsall branch to collect my vehicle and leave a courtesy car and was booked in for Wednesday 2/8. In the meantime the third party insurance company offed a hire car so I was able to take my vehicle to them 1/8. I met Adrian who talked me through the damage, I was very impressed with how spotless the unit was. I rang Adrian on 3/8 and he said vehicle would be ready by 3pm. I was very impressed with the result of the repair the friendly attitude of all the staff members I had contact with and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in the future.
Had my car repaired here after an insurance claim, they kept me fully updated as to how things were progressing , and returned my car cleaned and polished with an excellent repair done.
