I am absolutely thrilled to share my positive experience with Revivals garage in Thriplow. Both our family cars are MOT'd and serviced here regularly, always at a fair price and fully documented so it's easy to understand what you've paid for. Always a friendly greeting which sets their welcoming atmosphere and it's easy to discuss issues as they never attempt to baffle me with automotive jargon.
You do need to book ahead as they are popular (no surprise there!) however my most recent emergency was dealt with painlessly after hitting a pothole in a low profile tire, not only did they provide me with multiple phone numbers of local persons able to move my vehicle when I rung them in a panic, but they assessed and commenced the repair within 24 hours. I've just picked up my repaired vehicle and the refinished wheel looks brand new.. now all I need to do is wash the car so it matches the new wheel!

Revivals was personally recommended to me as a garage that could tune classic cars alongside performance cars. They did a very thorough job on my old girl - a 1936 Wolseley saloon. They managed to get 15-20% more power out of the car, with a corresponding improvement in economy too. I've since taken it back for an MOT, and now booked in for a third visit for them to make up a custom bracket for me, to improve the exhaust pipe mounting. Family run garage who will alway give you a fair appraisal of your vehicle. Work is done well and is value for money. I have used them for many years with different vehicles. A Good garage.
Terrible customer service. They cancelled my MOT at the last minute because I was unable to attend the previous booking several months before due to a car accident on the day! They don't seem to care about the customer at all. I had to scramble to find another emergency appointment at some other garage in short notice.
These guys are just fantastic. So personal and genuine with their service. Even after driving away and the problem I had with my car returning and subsequently driving back again, they were more than happy to look over my car again (even when they were supposed to be closing). Can’t thank these guys enough! Would recommend to anyone living in Cambridge’s.
Have been taking my elderly Citroen to Revivals for a number of years and their knowledge, expertise and excellent service has remained consistent in all that time. Their prices are also very fair. I regularly recommend this garage to anyone and everyone that will listen!
