Service ist miserabel, falsch gelieferte Getränke sind gem. Kellner falsch bestellt worden, ein Glas mit Sprung wurde von uns kaputt gemacht. Links und rechts werden Kunden korrigiert und auf Fehler hingewiesen und beleidigt. Das Essen war ok aber horend teuer. Ein Glas Wein kostet gleich viel wie ein Eistee. Das billigste Essen für Erwachsene sind Pommes Frites mit Nuggets für CHF 25.--
Der Service und das Essen ist unterirdisch
Die Chicken-Nuggets für unsere Kinder kosteten chf 19.- und wir haben 3 kleine Mini-Stücke erhalten, die ausserdem schlecht und nach altem Fleisch geschmeckt haben. Als wir reklamiert haben, hat uns die Kellnerin zuerst nicht ernst genommen und dann hat der Chef uns angebrüllt und aus dem Restaurant geworfen. Unglaublich und bezahlen mussten wir natürlich auch noch.
Wir kommen seit Jahren hierher, aber das war das letzte Mal.
This was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. As we stepped inside we were greeted by a crazy lady shouting at us that we had to go outside and wait. So we walked outside, and after approximately 25 minutes I walked back inside asking if they had a table for us. The lady in the bar, probably the boss, was remarkably drunk and shouted at us several times. Plenty of times I felt bad for the staff as she screamed at them over and over again, in front of the clients. After 35 minutes we were seated and could finally get something to eat. We had a really nice waiter, a young man with dark, short hair. But that was the only nice part about this experience. We got the food and it did not meet our expectations. Non of us could eat up and it was really tasteless. The food was extremely overpriced and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. When we wanted to pay we again, walked up to the lady in the bar asking if we could pay. She answered something in French and was very rude overall. For your own sake, never visit this restaurant!
Très cher et pas très bon (ex: frites hors de prix et pas cuites). Sirops bien chers pour les enfants et menus enfants très chers pour la quantité. Bref, une machine à cash. A éviter.
Many tables had a disappointing experience at Restaurant Les Esserts in Verbier today. The owner was unrespectful and unwelcoming, and several people had issues with their food. The menu was inaccurate, and you will be charged 5 CHF for a tap water pitcher. Despite the staff's efforts, the owner's negativity created a tense atmosphere. The terrace might be enjoyable on a sunny day, but it's not worth it.
Hospitality is very poor. It’s very child unfriendly. How can you send a family with a baby into the snow, simply because they want only coffee and no lunch. Money is king in this establishment.
Cadre incroyable, fondue à la bière et vin excellent, pour parler de l ambiance familiale, j ai eu l agréable surprise de tomber sur une serveuse très nature et attentionnée au rapport clientèle, ce qui est plus qu appréciable quand on est seul au moment du repas. Merci laetitia, pour ne pas la citer, Merci au patron et merci à la patronne pour le petit verre offert ( en tout cas pour ma part)

Nice cozy spot with great food. We have a family tradition of visiting every year for their delicious fondue and it never fails to disappoint. Highly recommended ????
