Wir haben während unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel zweimal im Restaurant gegessen. Der Service war sehr gut und aufmerksam.
Beim ersten Essen wurde eines der Gerichte falsch verstanden und etwas Anderes serviert. Wir akzeptierten das.
Das Essen ist gut zubereitet und schmeckt authentisch. Leider fehlen Warmhalte-Platten, so dass das Essen schnell auskühlt.
Die Preise sind nicht günstig, aber noch im Rahmen, auch weil man als Hotelgast mit einer Reservation 10% Rabatt geniesst.
Das Ambiente und die Dekos sind sehr schön gemacht.
VIU酒店自带的餐厅，环境一流，用餐视野风景绝佳，现代中式装修，布置的中国山水画都是出自名家手笔，餐具和桌椅非常考究，能在瑞士这样的地方，有这么中国特色装修的餐厅，极其少见，5分。中式菜式，水煮牛肉4.2分，清炒空心菜（没有断生）3.5分，辣子鸡3.8分，鱼香茄子（偏酸，而且那个罐头笋的味道一言难尽）3分；服务中规中矩，可以给4分。提点小意见：我们预订了5人，但给外国人安排的是大圆桌（4人），给我们中国人安排的是方桌（5人），如果能反过来就更好；另外我们用餐结束，打包了一个馄饨汤，为此我们在桌子那里等了快20分钟，那个时候其实已经没有多少客人了，直到我们询问，才知道打包的东西可能很早就做好了，直接放在吧台了，并没有送到我们桌上
Great chinese cuisine. Not all dishes impressed me, but I really loved the aubergine minced pork. The sweet and sour chicken is also great.
I was impressed they had black sugar bubble tea in such a remote area. Bubbles were not perfectly cooked but the taste of the tea was as expected.
I am 12 and my brother is 14, we asked for 2 virgin mojitos, they brought 2 alcoholic mojitos, we ordered chicken and vegetables fried noodles, they brought us noodles with shrimps, where we found hair.

Really good restaurant. Authentic and delicious food. Very welcoming :)
The service here was the worst that I have ever had. It took a very long time for us to be served and they were extremely inattentive and uninterested. It was extremely quiet in there and there were lots of staff but none of them serving and paying attention to guests. They got lots of our orders wrong and did not bring my dish. When I reminded them that they had not brought my food they went to the kitchen and never came back and I never received my food. There was no apology or explanation. When we came to pay the bill the dish was on there and still no apology for my lack of a meal. We would never eat here again. The food that did arrive was nice enough but the service really ruined the experience.
