Absolut unterirdischer Service. Wurden angemotzt es werden nur Gruppen bedient und als Paar sollen wir draußen warten (es war nur ein Tisch im Restaurant mit einer Gruppe besetzt).
Einfach eine Frechheit, reduziertes Angebot warum auch immer…Drei „Menüs“ ….Suppe, Gulaschsuppe oder Ghackets mit Hörnli zum Auswahl (gleiche Menüs wie in den anderen Restaurants) leider kein Käse mehr zu den Hörnli und dass um 11:45. Alles im Pappkarton serviert mit Einwegbesteck. Wenn man bedenkt was man bezahlt uf auf den Berg zu kommen unverschämt. Wenn dass Swiss Quality umschreibt auf „Top of Europa“ dann sehe ich schwarz????
Katastrophe
I must say very unexpected surprise on top of the highest mountain peak of Europe. We realised that there is an Indian restaurant called Bollywood. The food was great, authentic dhaba style the spread was great and price was comparable. We loved the food and enjoy every bit of it.
They close at 3, when everyone finishes their tour and is hungry. There is other restaurant that offers better Indian food. Please avoid.
The ambience is absolutely poor. The customer service is not as expected.
What an amazing restaurant with very good view of snow caped mountain... Food was tasty with options of veg and non veg. Thanks for everything.. Highly recommended restaurant.
We visited restaurant Bollywood on 5 August 2023. The food was ok . The dal and vegetables taste good . But the chicken curry is not authentic Indian curry. The atmosphere was nice and view from the restaurant is outstanding. The man who was running the restaurant was very friendly and welcoming. If you would like to enjoy deshi food with best Alpine view on the top of Europe, definitely it is your destination.
I had a lovely Experience at JungFraujoch
and I had lovely food at Bollywood Restaurant and the best part about the restaurant is the service they provide. A special thanks to Kalid who welcomed us with a smile and his always smiling nature and cooperation made our experience of Indian food at the top of Europe memorable.
