The male who wears the turban… honestly SOOOOO RUDE. Never experienced anything like it. Withholding parcels not allowing u to have your parcel, telling u it’s not there, when it’s a gift for somebody that day, when parcel company have delivered it, he just does not wanna give it, when ur showing evidence and Id HUGELY discriminating!! Don’t even bother sending ur parcels nor spending ur money here.
Happy to take money for doing lottery but when I went back to collect from finally winning a few quid. They say system down. Terrible
Bought a chocolate bar 23/04/24 and got home to see the best before date was 04/07/23 not good enough.
Grumpy old horrible unhelpful people run this expensive shop. We try to avoid using this place and these unfriendly people as much as we can.

The rude and ignorant man is back. Refused to accept a return package because it was not wrapped (even though that’s the exact service they are supposed to provide). Last time I was there he refused to accept a package because it was wrapped! I don’t understand what his game is - he must be losing money by doing this to people. Going to report him directly to Evri. Don’t give this shop your money - we need to squeeze them out so someone decent can take over.
As another reviewer has mentioned, this guy seems to hate customers. Truly appalling, I'd rather walk a other mile than give them my custom. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Tried to return a Hermes parcel, a simple process in most shops.
Person in shop was rude and extremely unhelpful to the point they couldn't even return my parcel having to leave and go to a competent retailer.
