Contacted Joe about a condenser tumble dryer that was making noise. He contacted me back the same day to make an appointment. When he came he spent a long while checking and double checking everything before diagnosing the problem. As he needed to order parts he retuned a week later and fitted the new parts quickly and efficiently. Brilliant service and a very pleasant, friendly person.
Contacted Joe at Regan appliances concerning a cooker repair, and he responded the same day, making arrangements to visit on a given date with the replacement parts needed. He attended as expected and a very efficient repair was carried out at a very reasonable cost.
