Before my long 7 hour commute to work every morning I like to stop by here for a full English breakfast every morning. The owners are lovely and will go out of their way to give you the best meal possible and will fulfil any requests you may have.
I personally like to have a big breakfast to get me going for the day, this includes sausages, bacon, egg, black pudding, mushrooms, hash browns, toast, tomatoes, beans, mushrooms and a nice cup of their finest Colombian coffee which is imported from Colombia.
The owners explained that the raw ingredients they use are from the farmers in the North East and the animals they use for their meat are purchased from the local farms and are all slaughtered and prepared in-house to ensure the freshness that Regal Sandwich Stop is known for. I can confirm that the full English breakfast I had was fresh, it tasted amazing and I will definitely come back again.
Always been decent here but the cheeseburger I've just had from there was like a rawhide dog version of a burger. One bite then in the bin, steer clear of the burgers. Update: I went back here a couple of months back, and the food was lovely, especially the dessert.

Lush food. I had a tuna jacket potato from here and perfect. The size of the Meals… oh my! Cheesecakes delicious too. My husband rates this place. I’m arranging catering for my sons 21st from here too. Staff are lovely and friendly as well 10/10
Regal catering provided the buffet for my husband's funeral. It was perfect. Everything was delicious and fresh and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you again for proving such a lovely spread.
