I was in desperate need of medication that was currently out of stock at all distributors and manufacturers. I, therefore, had to embark on a 5-hour journey and called over 41 pharmacists in the local area. Of all 41, Mr Patel (number 27) was the only pharmacist who said anything other than 'no, we've not got it in stock.' As I was about to end the call, Mr Patel said to hold on as he wanted to help me. He then provided me with options that even my GP failed to provide. Thank you, Mr Patel, and to anyone looking for a kind, friendly and supportive local pharmacist, Reena's is your place to go!
reena pharmacy, supposed to be delivering my medication between 10 till three and then they called me from the pharmacy and I couldn’t answer the phone because I was a bit busy. I called them back and I said for the medication and she lied to me and she said the driver finished the job now so apparently what he does he pick up the medication who is Home deliver who’s not home. Text her back and take and go and get another one so they lie to me and they’re very liar. They’re absolutely special the manager just spoke to me she lied to me she said they driver finish and now has to be next week. I’ve been waiting for three weeks from medication and what they do they don’t even deliver to just because if if you’re not home 10 o’clock which they start then they don’t deliver your medication. please be careful with these people because they’re lying cheating

They try to do the best for all of us
This pharmacy fills NHS prescriptions. I marked it down one star as it limits the number of customers in the pharmacy at one time which means even if it is raining or cold, it means standing outside.
Excellent, friendly, family pharmacy that is always welcoming, knows regulars by their name and will go to great lengths to assist on any personal needs. I can’t extol their virtues more warmly.
A fantastic pharmacy with very efficient service.
The staff are friendly, especially the Portuguese lady behind the counter serving, so friendly and helpful.
They have all sorts of other items if you need and can also help with winter flu vaccines.
My one complaint would be they have a service for those taking new medicines where they call you to check how you are doing with these new meds. All 3 times they have taken my number, I’ve never been called. It’s not an issue, just seems a little pointless.
Very good service but on their web site they say we have disabled assess I went there In the wheelchair and no assess very disappointing if you are disabled
