Amazing service today from Jamie. Underside of car was hanging down due to driving through a deep puddle. He gave me advice and reassured me on the phone on my first call. Then when I panicked and called back he came straight out to assist. So friendly and fixed so quickly. Would 100% recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use Reeds again! Thank you!
My car broke down in Troon today with a clutch issue. I contacted green flag who arranged a breakdown recovery service from Reeds. The recovery driver Barry was brilliant. He checked out the car before loading it onto the back of his vehicle and drove us to a garage in our home town. Highly recommend Reeds roadside recovery service. Thanks Barry you were fantastic.
Yesterday, our car decided not to start in Morrisons car park in Kilmarnock. After calling and speaking to someone at your depot we had a recovery truck booked. Seemed no time until the truck arrived. Engineer had a quick look at the car but was unable to fix it. He took us (and the car) to the garage we use in Ayr.
Both the person in the depot and the engineer were very pleasant and helpful. Could not recommend them more.
Can't thank Jamie enough for his help today at Barassie beach park . We got our motorhome stuck in a ditch and our front wheel got stuck in the mud. What an amazing young guy with lots of patience.
Me and my partner are down on holiday from Skye my car while driving threw up a engine management light and went into limp mode. A family member found the company online so I called and very quickly the recovery lorry appeared. That was on the Sunday and by Tuesday my car was fixed back on the road and running like a dream. From beginning to end Jamie was amazing and very helpful and also to his wonderful staff for getting the car sorted I can't thank them enough for what they all did. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. They recovered my vehicle within the hour of me phoning the breakdown service and took my car back to garage with no hassle.
Jamie and his team were able to diagnose the problem and sort it for me quickly, whereas the car dealership I got the car from were adamant there wasn't a problem . My car was also under warranty and Jamie was able to sort this out for me aswell. Thankyou !!
