Our driver reported back to us , that on arrival the staff were un welcoming.
We were quoted £10 overnight stay and when paying was asked for £20.
The food was ok.
The place is run down and drivers expect more when away from home.
We will not be sending our drivers to this truck stop again.
Great place secure cctv parking. Friendly staff always willing to help. Been here a number of times whilst working night's and day work when I'm away from home. Really quiet good food. Love the fires in winter.

Best steak pie with potatoes and range of vegetables. Sadly Apple Crumble for dessert was a BIG disappointment. Two courses plus one SOFT drink £10:00.
I was told if you park outside you can use facilities without paying parking. I owned up to this and got ripped off with my food...small portion...even after I softened and paid to park in the layby outside! Very click type place...all the regulars got masses of food....i personally won't be going there again
Great place to stop for those that will go off route a lttle bit to park. For those who don't, services at either junctions 12 and 13.

A useful, fairly secure parking place, between Carlisle and Glasgow.
Last time I ate there, the food was good and plentiful.
