Absolutely disgusting. Food use to be ok but now awful. Chow mein was a joke, the noodles had been cut into little pieces. Hardly any veg in it. The pancake roll was normally very big now it looks like a small battered sausage, again nothing in it just fried dough.The food was cold, The place itself has got dirtier and dirtier. Suprised its still allowed to trade. Also prices have gone up and portions gone down. £14 for a vegetable Chow mein and pancake roll. I'm not a veggie just like the Chow mein. But after giving it a few chances no more money from me. Seriously the place is disgusting.
Consistently really good Chinese. I tend to have the same stuff each time and it’s always amazing. My partner is more adventurous and all the things he’s tried have been really nice. Really glad to have this as our local Chinese! Highly recommend the yung chow fried rice.
My partner just had a takeaway and it was totally disgusting not even edible. Very greasy and the chicken was pinky and slimy. Expensive too and if it was edible portion size was very small. Will definitely not recommend or be returning.
Awful service. To be honest quite rude over the phone. Told food would be half an hour. We went to collect and had to wait another 20mins. Was very disappointed. Food was bland hardly any flavour. Ribs looked like they were in thick gravy. Sweet and sour chicken just tasted revolting. Spring roll....well. so greasy and stuck to paper. Didn't look like any other spring roll. Will definitely NOT be going back.
Bit pricey, also the food was a bit greasy. Soy sauce in the rice, my usual place doesn't do that so it came as a shock to me. I couldn't eat the rice as I'm not keen on soy sauce, chips were nice though. My other half thought her food was ok but a bit greasy, not the best but not the worst. Very much down to personal taste.
Oh dear, we went there last night, food was greasy and disgusting. Hot yes, but not pleasant. The pancake roll was made with the same stuff they used for the balls so was just held in grease and oil, my plate was swimming in it. The meat in the roll also had Gristle in it so that was one bite and in the bin. It was that disgusting I wouldn't even let my other half eat it and he eats anything!! Will be avoided when that way that's for sure .
Walk in order placed, rice dish, chips and sauce, took 55 minutes absolute joke. Opened order and curry sauce missing.
Amazing people my new Friday night go to. Please try the ribs they are like pulled pork so tasty. Looking forward to trying new meals
