Was really impressed at the service I received in resolving a fault with my power steering. The guys were logical, methodical, polite and professional in diagnosing the fault and efficiently resolving it with replacement parts on the same day and at a reasonable price. Also fixed my rear wiper.
I needed urgent repairs to my suspension. Despite short notice, the team managed to sort it out promptly. All of the repairs and costs were clearly explained before proceeding. Throughout, the team were friendly, polite and efficient. I won't hesitate to call again in future, if needed. Highly recommend.
Wow, what absolutely amazing customer service. I feel so lucky to have found such an honest and knowledgable mechanic. From the first point of contact right through to the repair in record time the experience has been faultless. The price was excellent and totally transparent with no hidden extras. Had my car all sorted for me within 24 hours of calling them and on a weekend, too. Very knowledgeable. Even addressed 1-2 niggles found whilst they were doing the contracted work. Top quality. Top service. Fair pricing. What's not to like?
I never write reviews but I can not praise Reading Auto enough, they were amazing and went above and beyond what I expected. A little after 12 hours of initial contact my car was repaired with every single step being explained to me. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, the job could have been awkward and was not something I was looking forward to sorting but Reading Auto came and did it whilst I watched the football in my house.
I have saved the number and will now use them for everything car related moving forward. To have the mechanic spend 20 minutes on the phone with me listening to my concerns and reassure me, come to my house on a Sunday at short notice and in the rain, repair my car and explain what happened and how they repaired it for less than half the price I was quoted just for a diagnoses is just unbelievable. Thank you so so much for helping me you were amazing and I will be recommending you to friends and family moving forward.

Very impressed with the service from Reading Auto. Explained everything and even came ready for the extras that needed doing to my car. The guys from Reading Auto were really professional, informative and generous. They managed to fit my new clutch and flywheel on my drive in about 3 hours for a great price. Not only that they spotted another problem and generously took care of it for only a small extra cost. I would definitely recommend.
